1. What LLM Disco Is

LLM Disco ("we," "us," "our") operates a free AI discovery network at llmdisco.com. We help websites get found by AI crawlers — including those operated by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, and others — by listing them in a centralized directory with cross-linking, master sitemaps, and structured data following the LLM-LD standard.

By joining the LLM Disco network or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

To join the LLM Disco network, you must:

  • Own or have authorization to manage the website you're submitting
  • Be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind the entity you represent
  • Provide accurate information in your application

3. The Service

When you join the LLM Disco network, we provide — at no cost for the free tier:

  • A listing in the LLM Disco directory
  • An AI Discovery Page template for your domain
  • An LLM-LD index file for your site
  • Inclusion in our master sitemap
  • Cross-linking within the network
  • Compliance verification against the LLM-LD standard

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify network members of material changes.

4. Your Responsibilities

As a network member, you agree to:

  • Maintain the AI Discovery Page and LLM-LD index on your domain once set up
  • Not block LLM Disco's cross-linking or directory references to your site
  • Keep your submitted information current and accurate
  • Not use the network to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content
  • Not misrepresent your business, services, or relationship with LLM Disco

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your website content. By joining the network, you grant LLM Disco a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • List your business name, domain, description, and category in our directory
  • Include your site's URLs in our master sitemap and knowledge graph
  • Display your listing to AI crawlers, search engines, and human visitors
  • Create structured data representations of your publicly available business information

This license exists solely to operate the directory and discovery network. We will not sell your content or use it for purposes unrelated to the service.

6. AI Crawlers & Discovery

LLM Disco is designed to make your site discoverable by AI crawlers. By joining, you acknowledge that:

  • We cannot guarantee that any specific AI system will crawl, index, or recommend your site
  • AI crawler behavior is controlled by third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and is outside our control
  • Discovery and indexing timelines vary and are not guaranteed
  • Being listed does not guarantee any specific business outcome, traffic, or revenue

7. Removal & Termination

You may request removal from the LLM Disco network at any time by contacting us at hello@llmdisco.com. We will remove your listing within 10 business days.

We may remove your site from the network if:

  • Your site distributes malware, phishing, or harmful content
  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Your site becomes inaccessible for an extended period
  • You request removal

8. Paid Tiers

LLM Disco may offer paid tiers with additional features. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies for paid plans will be presented at the time of purchase. Free tier members will never be charged without explicit opt-in.

9. Privacy & Data

We collect the information you submit (name, email, website URL, business category) to operate the service. We do not sell personal data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Directory listings — including your business name, domain, category, and description — are public by design. This is the core function of the service.

10. Disclaimers

LLM Disco is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The reliability, availability, or accuracy of the service
  • Whether AI crawlers will discover, index, or use your content
  • Any business results from being listed in the network
  • The actions or policies of third-party AI companies

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLM Disco and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify network members via email.
